• Please note the following return terms:
• This policy applies only to orders purchased directly through the official Pictaw website (pictaw.com)
• Samples, free gifts, and promotional items are not eligible for return
• Pictaw reserves the right to deny returns in cases of prior policy abuse, non-return of products, or any suspicious activity deemed to violate store policy
• Single orders exceeding $300 are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Please contact our customer service team with any questions before placing your order
